Two mottos I live by sum up my feelings on fitness and wellness: “…live after the manner of happiness” and “We can do hard things!”  Life is definitely not easy, but as we give it our all, we will find joy in the journey. Remembering these things helps me push through even the hardest parts of life and any exercise. The reason why I love Zumba is because it is not only an incredible workout--it is FUN!  Zumba is like a big worldwide party, good music from around the world.  Even when you are so tired the music is just so catchy, you keep moving.  Join me as we WORK HARD and have FUN!  Come dance your way around the world, on land or in the water, and enjoy the ZUMBA party!
