Group Climbing Conditioning Workshop

This workshop is designed for a climber looking to improve their movement, strength, power, endurance, and mental approach. If you have seen a plateau in your performance this is the workshop that will help you push your climbing to the next grade. Climbers will train in groups, but we will also focus on specific strengths and weaknesses for the individual climber. Each workshop section spans four weeks with ten total sessions 1 to 1.5 hours in length. Climbers do not have to attend all sessions, but will not be given a discount/refund on missed sessions.

Section II March 25–April 24 

Section lasts five weeks with sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6–7pm.

Individual Training

Do you have specific goals in mind to improve your climbing or do you not even know where to begin? We offer individual training from our skilled staff of experienced instructors who will help you improve your technique, balance, movement, strength and more. If interested in signing up for individual training, please contact Andrew Lyburn at alyburn@purdue.edu. We offer single hour sessions as well as four and eight session packages:
