Kathleen F. Gabriel is an associate professor at California State University (CSU), Chico, and an educational consultant. Besides receiving two teaching awards, she has authored three books about supporting at-risk students including her most recent Creating the path to success in the classroom: Teaching to close the graduation gap for minority, first-generation and academically unprepared students.

A twenty-five year veteran of Student Afairs, Kaye Monk-Morgan offers a unique blend of executive vision, leadership acumen and desire to help children with the greatest needs gain access to and successfully complete college. She served as the Director of the TRIO Upward Bound Math Science Center at Wichita State University and is currently the Assistant Dean of Students for the Fairmount College of Liberal Arts and Sciences.
