Communications Plan

Communications with all stakeholders is a key project value. Information will be shared regularly regarding current and ongoing project work. In addition, these communications will provide an important mechanism to solicit and/or receive feedback, input and ideas to consider.

FMP Website

A webpage has been established on the Provost’s website to post information about the project to a wider audience and to solicit ideas and feedback on the processes being developed.

Provost Contact: Connie Lapinskas

The provost will be updated on an ongoing basis regarding current activities and planned work. Feedback will be requested.

Deans Contacts: Jay Akridge, David Hummels

The deans from the academic colleges and the Libraries will be updated at each ADC meeting, typically scheduled every other week. Feedback will be requested.

Other Direct Reports to the Provost Contact: Frank Dooley

Deans of the Graduate School and Honors College, Vice Provosts, Associate Provosts and other direct reports to the Provost will be updated periodically as the committee work progresses. Feedback will be requested.

Department Heads Contacts: Elizabeth Topp, Keith Kluender, Abhi Deshmukh

Department heads will be updated on committee progress at the monthly Department Head meetings hosted by the Vice Provost for Faculty Affairs. Feedback will be requested.

University Senate Contact: Laurel Weldon

The University Senate will be updated as is appropriate and as the committee work progresses. Feedback will be requested.

EVPRP and Staff Contact: Jeff Bolin

The EVPRP and the EVPRP staff will be updated as is appropriate and as the committee work progresses. Feedback will be requested.

Director of Business Management Contact: Connie Lapinskas

The DBM will be updated on a regular basis including information related to FMP work where his staff will be asked to assist the committee. Feedback will be requested.

Directors of Financial Affairs Contacts: Tammy Emilson, Jason Dietz

The DFAs will receive regular updates at their DFA Meetings, typically scheduled every two weeks. Feedback will be requested.

Treasurer Contact: Connie Lapinskas

The Treasurer will receive periodic updates.
