Purdue University is continuously looking for responsible vendors to supply goods and services. If your prices are competitive and your service is reliable, you may have the ability to conduct business with the University. The products and services procured through Procurement Services each year range across many commodity groups, including MRO, Scientific, Furniture and Information Technology (IT).

New safety protocols required on Purdue University West Lafayette campus

In accordance with University rules and regulations implementing COVID-19 safety protocols, effective May 26, 2020 anyone – including vendors, suppliers, contractors and visitors – entering a West Lafayette campus building must wear a face mask. 

Face masks must be worn in all hallways, public spaces and common areas, as well as office spaces if social distancing of six feet is not possible. Face masks are also required in outdoor settings if safe social distancing and gathering practices are not possible. Multi-ply tightly woven cotton cloth or multi-ply disposable masks are preferred.

It is against University policy for anyone involved with purchasing goods or services on behalf of Purdue to accept gifts, entertainment, favors or services from present or potential suppliers.
