All text and artwork must conform to the University's stationery standards, including the proper use of University titles. Information must be reviewed by the department for appropriateness and accuracy of information. Requests for exceptions to these standards must be made in writing to Purdue Marketing Communications and authorized in writing by that office.
Only the president, vice presidents, deans and named professors are approved for having their name printed on University stationery.
List one item on each line. Items that exceed the line length limit will be run onto the next line. Electronic contact information, including phone and fax numbers, may be listed on the same line as the layout allows. Information will be altered as necessary to conform to style and design standards.
Because letters and numbers may appear in Web addresses, clearly indicate whether letters or numbers are used.
