Chief's Message to Parents

Welcome to our Parents Page! I hope you find this page easy to navigate and helpful as you get ready to send your student on to college. This page was designed with you, the parent, in mind.

Our main PUPD web site is full of information parents and students may want or need to know. What we want to do for the parents on this page is "drill down" to what YOU might be interested in. Whether you want to know the location of local hospitals, learn about local media outlets, find links to services offered in Tippecanoe County, or you simply want an easy way to find links to departments within the University, this page is designed with you in mind.

Even more important than our programs are our people. The PUPD Team is comprised of highly skilled and dedicated professionals that care about the Purdue community. We know how important it is for you to feel that your son or daughter is safe while attending Purdue University. Our people are committed to excellence, and this page is an example of our commitment to providing a safe and secure environment where students can live and learn.

Thank you for taking the time to visit the PUPD website. Please look around and familiarize yourself with our operations, programs, and people! I encourage you to contact us and provide feedback on how we can continue to improve this page. You can do so by using our contact form or simply click on my picture below and send me an email.

Best Wishes and "Boiler Up"!
