Clery Act Statistics

Clery Act
(Formerly the Student Right to Know and Campus Security Act of 1990)

It is the policy of Purdue University and the Purdue University Police Department to endeavor to be in compliance with all federal, state, county, and local laws, rules, and regulations. To accomplish this goal, the University Police Department contacts the following agencies and individuals to collect, compile, maintain, provide, and distribute accurate crime statistics as outlined in the revisions of the 1990 Clery Act: Assistant Dean of Students, Assistant Director of University Residences, Director of Athletics, Director of County Extension Agents, University Building Deputies, University Farm Managers, Indiana Excise Police, West Lafayette City Police, and any other designated University reporting authority.
