Payment Options (Full payment due by November 18th)

School Chaperones

In order to maximize the number of students able to attend the matinee performance, PMO has a strict chaperone policy. Please refer to the chart below for the total number of complimentary adult tickets that may be requested with your reservation. This number includes all teachers, administrators, aides, and parents.

If you require additional adults to accommodate the needs of individual students, a written request must be submitted to PMO Administrative Assistant Kris Webster at kjwebste@purdue.edu.

Bus Drivers

Due to the timing of the matinee, bus drivers will not be able to attend the matinee performance. Restroom facilities will be available for bus drivers to use throughout the duration of the performance. All drivers must provide their cell number to their teachers in the case the bus needs to move prior to dismissal.

For the safety of our schools and homeschool groups, ALL adults attending as chaperones MUST arrive with their group. If a student is unable to attend, please do not bring an adult in their place.

Bus Parking

Parking information will be emailed to you and your transportation coordinator a couple of weeks prior to the performance. Bus parking instructions MUST be followed exactly to accommodate all schools. Drivers must provide teachers with a cell phone number where they can be reached during a performance, in the event a bus may need to be moved prior to dismissal.

It is essential that drivers follow ALL instructions provided by PMO staff and PUPD officers. Failure to do so will result in schools/groups forfeiting future invitations to attend the matinee performance.

Homeschool Groups

In order to maximize the number of students able to attend our programs, we have the following restrictions for homeschooling groups and families:

  • One parent per household may receive a complimentary ticket.
  • All children attending matinee programs, regardless of age, must pay for admission.
  • No Exceptions – Individual home school groups must make a reservation as part of a larger group.
  • Homeschool groups will only be seated once all attendees have arrived; no attendees will be seated until the entire group arrives.

The Elliott Hall of Music is located at 712 Third Street, West Lafayette, IN 47907.

The Elliott Hall of Music is a CLEAR BAG PREFERRED venue. To expedite your group’s arrival, it is suggested to leave personal bags and backpacks on the bus during the performance.

Arrival

Plan to arrive 30 minutes before the show begins. If you encounter an unforeseen delay and will be late, contact PMO Administrative Assistant Kris Webster at kjwebste@purdue.edu.

SCHOOLS THAT ARRIVE MORE THAN 15 MINUTES AFTER THE PERFORMANCE BEGINS WILL NOT BE SEATED IMMEDIATELY AND MAY NOT BE SEATED TOGETHER.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of the performance would require an official closing of the University. If this were to happen, local news media would be alerted and the contact person listed would be notified via phone as quickly as possible by PMO staff.

Refund Policy

Refunds cannot be issued following the payment deadline on November 18th, unless the matinee performance is canceled due to an official closure of Purdue University’s campus. To cancel or change reservations, please contact PMO Administrative Assistant, Kris Webster, prior to November 18th. Requests to cancel or change reservations received after November 18th cannot be accommodated.
