Energy and Construction
Physical Facilities Energy and Construction is responsible for the system-wide administration of construction services, coordinates the creation and enhancement of university facilities and infrastructure and is dedicated to the safety and integrity of each campus project, maintaining engineering standards, addressing engineering needs for capital projects, conducting building assessments, enabling in-house design and supporting maintenance projects. The staff also manages and implements the University’s Comprehensive Energy Master Plan (CEMP).
Energy and Construction provides utilities including steam, electricity, chilled water, potable water and compressed air to over 300 buildings on the West Lafayette campus.
