Section of north Clinic Drive to close Nov. 12; Lyles-Porter Hall drop-off delays Nov. 12-14

Updated Nov. 6, 2018 to reflect an updated schedule and title — originally titled "Section of north Clinic Drive to close Nov. 5; Lyles-Porter Hall drop-off delays Nov. 5-7"

The section of Clinic Drive immediately south of the Agricultural and Biological Engineering (ABE) facility will close to all traffic beginning Monday (Nov. 12) and continuing through 2020. From the west, access to the adjacent drop-off area north of Lyles-Porter Hall (LYLE) and a single eastbound travel lane to South University Street will be maintained for the duration of the project via the paver drive. A map is included below.

Delays may be expected Nov. 12-14 in the LYLE drop-off area in order to facilitate crane work. Flaggers will be present to direct traffic during this time.

While construction is ongoing, individuals parked in the Harrison Street Parking Garage are encouraged to utilize the west exits to Harrison Street to avoid the restrictions between ABE and LYLE.

Motorists, bicyclists and pedestrians should use caution in the vicinity and obey flaggers, all posted signs and construction fence.
