Traffic shift, sidewalk closure at Russell and Fourth Streets begins Monday

The southbound lane of traffic on North Russell Street near Fourth Street will shift east to the middle turn lane, and the adjacent section of sidewalk will be closed beginning Monday (Oct. 8). These impacts will remain in effect until early-November in order to facilitate utility work in the area.

Motorists, bicyclists and pedestrians should use caution in the vicinity and obey all posted signs.
