Third Street restrictions, sidewalk closure begin Oct. 4

The sidewalk along Third Street just south of the Armory will be closed Oct. 4-13 while nearby utility work is completed. The adjacent section of Third Street east of North University Street will be restricted to one lane Oct. 4-7, closed Oct. 8-9 and restricted to one lane Oct. 10-13. 

Motorists, bicyclists and pedestrians should seek alternate routes and obey all posted signs.
