Shifting lanes on Third Street and parking removed along nearby section of Russell Street

Traffic is shifted to the south on Third Street by the Black Cultural Center while utility work is underway in the area. Additionally, parking along the west side of Russell and Fourth Streets is unavailable.

Motorists should use caution in the area and obey all posted signs. Pedestrians should follow the available paths and crosswalks.
