New work orders may be submitted today; approval issue reported

As part of the Enterprise Asset Management transformation, improvements were successfully launched to the SAP Plant Maintenance system this morning. Users may now create new work orders through the Fix It service request portal.

Previously submitted work orders were retained and remain in the work queue with no additional action required from the requester.

Because of a system issue, building deputies may be unable to approve notifications in SAP currently. This has been reported and is expected to be resolved later today. An update will be issued when notifications may be approved again.
