Utility outage results in limited heating and hot water to campus

Due to an unplanned outage, the Wade Utility Plant, which provides service to the majority of campus facilities, is producing steam at a reduced capacity, resulting in limited heating and hot water availability.

Utility staff are aware of the issue and working to correct it. Full steam production and service is expected to be restored later this evening.

Please notify your building occupants of this outage.
