Order tables, chairs, tents, electronic equipment, etc. for an event
To have tables, chairs or tents set up for an event, contact your business office in order to have a work order created. Student organizations should contact their business office at (765) 494-6724.
Set up an event emergency response plan
For large events, coordinate with the Emergency Preparedness and Planning Department to set up an emergency response plan in case of severe weather or violent behavior. Emergency Preparedness and Planning may be reached at (765) 494-0446.
Arrange for traffic control or street closures
Contact the Purdue University Police Department to arrange for traffic control and direction or street closures. The Police Department may be reached at (765) 494-8221 for non-emergency situations.
Reserve a parking lot for an event

Coordinate printing and promotional items
To coordinate any printed materials or promotional items for an event, contact Printing Services at (765) 494-2006.
