NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Purdue University (401 South Grant Street, West Lafayette, IN  47907) will be undertaking a project, Meredith Hall Main Office Electrical Panels Replacement – 2014, for the following scope of work: replace electrical panel and sub-panel in Meredith Main Office.

The estimated cost of the Project is less than one hundred and fifty thousand dollars ($150,000.00). To request a set of plans or obtain a bidder’s list, please call (765) 494-2006 or send e-mail to printingservices@purdue.edu

A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for May 19, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) at the lobby of Meredith Hall.  Please contact the project manager 24 hours in advance to confirm attendance.  Attendance at the pre-bid meeting is strongly encouraged but not mandatory to bid on the project. 

Sealed bids are due no later than 11 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) at the front desk of Freehafer Hall of Administration, 401 S. Grant Street on Tuesday,June 3, 2014. Bids received after such time will be returned unopened. Bids may be withdrawn prior to Tuesday, June 3, 2014, but no bids shall be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days thereafter.
