Dear Boilermaker,
As the end of the semester draws near, we're reaching the point at which all of our efforts and actions so far this semester are culminating in consequences (positive, negative, and even neutral). It can be tempting to get stuck in "I should have" or "I could have" thoughts about the previous 12 weeks. If you find that's you, take a moment to reflect on how you may be able to use those learning experiences in future semesters. Then take a deep breath and acknowledge that, at least for this semester, we can only impact what we do for these next few weeks.
