Dear Boilermaker,
Most students need more support in college than they did in past education experiences. In fact, seeking help is a normal, necessary part of the college experience! Don’t hesitate to ask questions and take advantage of the available resources, especially early on in the semester. Help-seeking behavior is proven to make a positive difference in students' success outcomes. There are countless opportunities at Purdue dedicated to helping you achieve your goals – we've highlighted a few below to help you get started: Academic Success Center The Helen Bass Williams Academic Success Center (ASC), located in Wiley Hall, Room C215, provides a variety of academic support services for undergrads at Purdue. Whether you're looking for one-on-one support, extra help for tough courses, or strategies to boost your study skills, visiting the ASC website is a great place to start!
