Welcome to Purdue! We're here to help you make a strong start!

We know you have worked hard to get to this point, and we could not be more excited for you to begin your Purdue journey this year.

As you begin your first week of classes, please know that most students need more support in college than they did in past education experiences. In fact,  seeking help is a normal, necessary part of the college experience!

Don’t hesitate to ask questions and take advantage of the available resources, because help-seeking behavior is proven to make a positive difference in students' success outcomes. There are countless opportunities at Purdue dedicated to helping you achieve your goals – we've highlighted a few below to help you get started:

Student Activities and Organizations

Student Activities and Organizations (SAO) is a hub of campus opportunities that can provide you with experience and leadership skills. Start today by exploring all the options on our site to help you make the most of your time at Purdue. 

Student Success Programs

Purdue provides a suite of programs designed to support students at various stages of their academic experience. Student Success Programs encompasses units such as Orientation Programs, the Academic Success Center, the Disability Resource Center, Veterans Success Center, Span Plan Nontraditional Student Support Services, and more!
