{"id":6067,"date":"2026-09-23T19:20:55","date_gmt":"2026-09-23T19:20:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.purdue.edu\/operations\/?p=6067"},"modified":"2026-09-24T13:41:26","modified_gmt":"2026-09-24T13:41:26","slug":"reminder-rsvp-for-administrative-operations-staff-appreciation-meal-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.purdue.edu\/operations\/blog\/2026\/09\/23\/reminder-rsvp-for-administrative-operations-staff-appreciation-meal-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Reminder: RSVP for Administrative Operations staff appreciation meal\u00a0\u00a0"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"modal-ready\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As a reminder, the deadline to <a href=\"https:\/\/purdue.ca1.qualtrics.com\/jfe\/form\/SV_0SwBDPssUldWNDg\">RSVP<\/a> to the Administrative Operations staff appreciation meal is Friday, Oct. 2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">AO staff may choose to attend one of the following three options:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Wednesday, Oct. 14, 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m., Armory&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wednesday, Oct. 14, 6:30-7:30 p.m., Stewart Center, room 302&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Thursday, Oct. 15,&nbsp;6-7 a.m., Stewart Center, room 306<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Those who are unsure if they have already RSVP&#8217;d or if the RSVP was properly submitted should RSVP again to ensure proper submission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Paid\/Unpaid Attendance<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">AO staff are invited to attend the event during their regularly scheduled shift in paid status.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Staff scheduled on the evening or night shifts and those not normally scheduled to work during the day Oct. 14 are invited to attend the daytime meal but not in pay status.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Temporary staff can attend as work schedules permit but not in pay status.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Questions related to paid\/unpaid attendance may be directed to supervisors.\u202f<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Parking<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Armory Event&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Staff may park in the University Street Parking Garage with relaxed parking enforcement scheduled for 11 a.m.-1:30 p.m.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Staff may also park in the Grant Street or Harrison Street Parking Garages at hourly rates.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please consider carpooling with other employees in your area to reduce parking demand.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Stewart Center Events&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Parking will be relaxed before 7 a.m. and after 5 p.m. in the\u202fWood Street Parking Garage or in the lot north of Pao Hall of Visual and Performing Arts.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>As a reminder, the deadline to RSVP to the Administrative Operations staff appreciation meal is Friday, Oct. 2.
