The event offers engaging opportunities to build awareness, strengthen safe work practices and connect with colleagues across campus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Activities must be completed as a team. AO staff are encouraged to form a team with their colleagues and participate in interactive activities throughout the week, including safety-themed trivia, games and challenges. Team participation is a great way to connect with coworkers, put safety knowledge into practice and compete for prizes throughout the week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As part of Safe + Sound Week, the Purdue Chemical Engineering Safety Committee and Chemical Engineers for Safety Seminars (ChESS), in collaboration with Environmental Health and Safety (EHS), will host a hands-on safety fair Thursday, Sept. 24, from 10 a.m. to noon in the Forney Hall of Chemical Engineering atrium. Stop by with your team to explore interactive stations covering a variety of workplace safety topics and learn how to put safe practices into action.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please spread the word and encourage your colleagues to form a team and get involved.
