Following a soft launch at the start of the semester, the locally founded concept celebrated a grand opening on Jan. 26. Founded in 2024 and a regular at the Purdue Farmers Market, KNOW Eatery is family-owned and operated, offering an allergen-free kitchen that is free from gluten, dairy, nuts, soy, sesame and animal products. The menu includes a variety of options such as tacos, burgers, soups, baked goods and smoothies, making it a good option for individuals with food allergies as well as vegans, vegetarians and pescatarians.

“KNOW Eatery reflects our continued commitment to creating welcoming spaces that support all members of the campus community” said Jessica Robertson, associate vice president of Auxiliary Services. “Adding a high-quality dining option in the PMU that prioritizes food allergy safety enhances the daily experience for faculty, staff, students and visitors who rely on the union as a central gathering place.”

Furthermore, Anyway You Slice It is no longer operating in the Atlas Family Marketplace.
