The Ariba Guided Buying project<\/a> is nearly complete, and users will see an updated presence when accessing Ariba starting on Monday (Dec. 8).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Benefits and features<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Ariba Guided Buying is simplified, streamlined and user-friendly, making it faster to buy goods and request services and easier to find information. Features include enhanced product and supplier search capabilities, product recommendations, quick reordering of products and centralization of Purdue\u2019s approved vendors and service providers. Additionally, individuals without Ariba roles will be able to view catalogs and pricing in the system to facilitate planning efforts and transparency. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Training<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

To support users in learning the new system, Ariba Guided Buying training is required for requisitioners, fiscal approvers and invoice reconcilers. With the exception of requisitioners who have numerous training options this month and some in January, limited training sessions for fiscal approvers and invoice reconcilers remain. Individuals with any of these roles should plan to register for and attend a training session using the links below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
