This allows sufficient time for the following subsequent steps to occur:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Purdue Travel will prepare expense reports for traveler submission by Monday, Dec. 15.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fiscal approvers should complete reviews by Thursday, Dec. 18.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Travelers who prepare their own reports must submit them to Purdue Travel by Friday, Dec. 12.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Reports or expenses submitted after these deadlines will be processed in 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For travel arrangements during Purdue\u2019s closure, contact <a href=\"https:\/\/www.purdue.edu\/procurement\/travel\/booking-expenses\/travel-provider.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">AAA Corporate Travel<\/a>.
