An updated Ariba program called Guided Buying will be rolled out in December that will provide the following benefits:&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A new and simplified user interface&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A more intuitive Ariba purchasing experience with enhanced product and supplier search features&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Product recommendations&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>An easier way to reorder products&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Procurement Services website now has a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.purdue.edu\/procurement\/purchasing\/guided-buying\/index.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">dedicated Guided Buying webpage<\/a>, which includes a <a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/Bc0qDklBqso\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">brief overview video<\/a> of how different roles will use the program. Catalogs on the website will be updated to match the Ariba Guided Buying categories in the coming weeks.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">More information will be shared as testing continues, and training opportunities will be offered later this year.
