The additions include Choolaah Indian BBQ, Centennial Station and Clean Plate, each bringing fresh flavors and new experiences to campus dining.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/purdue.campusdish.com\/LocationsAndMenus\/AtlasFamilyMarketplace\/Choolaah\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Choolaah Indian BBQ<\/a> will replace Aatish in the <a href=\"https:\/\/union.purdue.edu\/dine\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Purdue Memorial Union<\/a>\u2019s Atlas Family Marketplace. Choolaah offers casual Indian cuisine. The menu includes popular dishes such as masalas, paneer, samosas and mango lassi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/purdue.campusdish.com\/LocationsAndMenus\/Centennial-Station\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/purdue.campusdish.com\/LocationsAndMenus\/Centennial-Station\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Centennial Station<\/a> will take over Au Bon Pain along Purdue\u2019s Centennial Mall. Designed as a convenient stop for anyone on the go, this caf\u00e9-style restaurant will offer breakfast and lunch sandwiches, soups, baked goods and coffee. Guests can choose to dine in or take advantage of quick grab-and-go service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/purdue.campusdish.com\/LocationsAndMenus\/CleanPlate\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Clean Plate<\/a>, replacing Saladworks, offers customizable salads and wraps. As a certified AllerCheck\u2122 location, Clean Plate includes a dedicated allergy-friendly station that meets national food safety standards and offers peace of mind for those with dietary restrictions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These new locations are designed to enhance the variety and quality of dining options across campus.
