To qualify, both the referred candidate and the referring employee must meet the following criteria:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Referred Candidate Requirements:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Must be a new Purdue employee<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Meet the qualifications for an existing, open position with Administrative Operations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Complete a 90-day provisional period<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Must<\/strong>\u00a0put the employee\u2019s name in the job application in SuccessFactors<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Referring Employee Requirements:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Must be an AO staff member (excluding Vice President-level employees, Human Resources or managers with hiring authority over the referred candidate)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must complete an\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/purdue.ca1.qualtrics.com\/jfe\/form\/SV_2c3DwdQJl3GvJCC\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>online referral form<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0<strong>before<\/strong>\u00a0the candidate starts the new position.
