This ongoing feedback helps us track progress, identify trends and set priorities for FY26.<\/p>\n<p>We have already seen improvement as our Net Promoter Score (NPS) increased from 4.39 to 9.08 between September and December.<\/p>\n<p>All AO staff are once again encouraged to participate in\u00a0<a title=\"Pulse Survey\" href=\"https:\/\/purdue.ca1.qualtrics.com\/jfe\/form\/SV_0N9HMADzcVVE2nI\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">this quarter\u2019s survey<\/a>, which should only take a minute or two to complete. Staff have until 11:59 p.m. on Friday, March 14 to complete the survey.<\/p>\n<p>A <a title=\"Pulse Survey Flyer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.purdue.edu\/administrative-operations\/intranet\/documents\/pulse-survey-flyer.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">flyer<\/a>\u00a0with a link to the survey is available to print and display for AO staff.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Administrative Operations is conducting our third quarterly survey of FY25 to continue measuring the pulse of our organization.
