Portable devices like laptops must be hardwired to the network within a user\u2019s building to install available printers. Additional steps to add a printer are included in an <a title=\"IT Knowledge Base article\" href=\"https:\/\/service.purdue.edu\/TDClient\/32\/Purdue\/KB\/ArticleDet?ID=1225\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">IT Knowledge Base article<\/a>. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Printers that are already installed on an ESS-supported computers will be unaffected by this change and should continue to be available for use.<\/p>\n<p>AO staff who work in multiple buildings may need to contact <a title=\"AO Computing email\" href=\"mailto:Physfactc@purdue.edu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">AO Computing<\/a> to access printers that are not shown in the Print Deploy Client.
