The program provides a $500 bonus for current AO employees who successfully refer someone for any open position within AO.<\/p>\n<p>In order for the current employee to be eligible for the bonus, the referred candidate must meet certain requirements. These requirements include being a new employee to Purdue and completing a 90-day provisional period.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, the current employee must complete an <a title=\"online form\" href=\"https:\/\/purdue.ca1.qualtrics.com\/jfe\/form\/SV_2c3DwdQJl3GvJCC?_ga=2.144811636.174370757.1685970701-1055964912.1678199095\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">online form<\/a> before the referred candidate starts the new position.<\/p>\n<p>More information about the program is available on the <a title=\"AO Intranet\" href=\"https:\/\/www.purdue.edu\/administrative-operations\/intranet\/employee\/referral.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">AO Intranet<\/a>.
