This type of survey is called a net promoter score (NPS) and is the gold standard of customer experience metrics.<\/p>\n<p>An employee engagement survey conducted in July 2023 showed AO had an NPS score of 2.0, and in our first pulse survey in September, AO\u2019s results were a 4.39. NPS scoring framework means above 0 is good, above 20 is favorable, above 50 is excellent, and above 80 is world-class.<\/p>\n<p>All AO staff are once again encouraged to participate in\u00a0<a title=\"Pulse Survey \" href=\"https:\/\/purdue.ca1.qualtrics.com\/jfe\/form\/SV_eDPrMzyp7TF8Ngy\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">this quarter\u2019s survey<\/a>, which should only take a minute or two to complete.
