Kim leads the Administrative Services department responsible for strategy development, organizational development, process improvement, performance measurement, talent strategies, communications and other administrative support functions that directly influence the Administrative Operations brand and reputation. Drawing on her previous leadership experience in human resources and business operations, she sets the course to achieve yearly Administrative Operation\u2019s goals and objectives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kim enjoys engaging across multiple departments and teams learning as much as she can to help deliver results. She believes open communication and personal accountability builds long-lasting and trust-filled relationships.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With a candid spirit, she applies her passion and drive towards tackling new challenges and finding solutions to meet AO\u2019s dynamic organizational needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When she is not in the office, Kim enjoys spending time with friends and family, music and shopping. She loves lake life and being outdoors \u2013 preferably by the water. She serves on Parks Board in her hometown and is an active sports mom of two.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kim powers Purdue by positioning Administrative Operations to be a high-performing organization in the delivery of safe, reliable, and transformative services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
