Drawing on her previous leadership experience in human resources and business operations, she sets the course to achieve yearly Administrative Operation\u2019s goals and objectives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:20px\">Kim enjoys engaging across multiple departments and teams learning as much as she can to help deliver results. She believes open communication and personal accountability builds long-lasting and trust-filled relationships.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:20px\">With a candid spirit, she applies her passion and drive towards tackling new challenges and finding solutions to meet AO\u2019s dynamic organizational needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:20px\">When she is not in the office, Kim enjoys spending time with friends and family, music and shopping. She loves lake life and being outdoors \u2013 preferably by the water.
