Guidelines for Student Organizations and Clubs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Registered student organizations must follow the guidelines about Purdue’s recommended uses and permitted logos to maintain the integrity and value of the Purdue brand. How to Order Promotional Items<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Departments or student organizations may place orders for staff merchandise or promotional items through current Purdue-approved and licensed vendors, including KIS, Spark, Apple Group, The Logo Warehouse, Phoenix Innovate, Freckles Graphics and S2 Gear and Apparel. Visit the CLC website<\/a> to search for additional vendors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Student Orders<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The Business Office for Student Organizations will only approve purchases from approved licensees. If the organization’s preferred vendor is not included on the licensee list, the vendor must apply for and obtain an Internal License before providing merchandise. Trademarks and Licensing has the sole ownership of granting Internal Licenses, and questions regarding licenses should be emailed to Purdue Trademarks and Licensing<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
