If you require updates, contact <a href=\"mailto:supplierdiversity@purdue.edu\">supplierdiversity@purdue.edu<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Save your data using the standard naming convention in the format (PrimeVendorName Subcontractor Report &#8211; Fiscal Year &#8211; Quarter). \n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Example: XYZ Company Subcontractor Report &#8211; FY25 &#8211; Q3<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Submit your completed report by the quarterly reporting deadline.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Email the report to <a href=\"mailto:supplierdiversity@purdue.edu\">supplierdiversity@purdue.edu<\/a> and copy your Purdue contracts manager.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Data Input Instructions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Enter the following data elements under the Data Entry tab.
