Purdue\u2019s competitive solicitation process is designed to provide contracts at the best value for the university, and diverse suppliers are incorporated into the quoting and solicitation process as a standardized procedure. The university is also maximizing diversity spend with its prime contractors through diversity subcontracting opportunities. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

To ensure businesses of all demographics are afforded the opportunity to compete for university contracts, minority-, women- or veteran-owned suppliers are included in solicitations over $1,000 for goods and services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
