Weekly reservations are available for a combined total of up to three (3) hours per week (Mon\u2013Sun). Open booking dates are March 1 for Summer\/Fall and October 1 for Spring. Requests for setups outside the standard configurations&nbsp;may be subject to&nbsp;additional&nbsp;fees.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>University\u2011affiliated groups, external&nbsp;organizations&nbsp;and conference clients<\/strong> may request&nbsp;PMU spaces with planning and coordination support provided by PCED. Many banquet and meeting spaces are equipped with built\u2011in sound systems and presentation&nbsp;capabilities,&nbsp;and on\u2011site event managers&nbsp;assist&nbsp;with AV planning and execution.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>AV options, technical&nbsp;capabilities&nbsp;and support vary by space.
