General Requests<\/h4>\n\n

Building occupants located in West Lafayette and Indianapolis can submit non-emergency<\/em> work orders for maintenance and service requests online. Log in with BoilerKey credentials.<\/p>\n\n\n

Building deputies<\/a> can provide assistance with submitting a request through the Fix It portal. Each request will be reviewed by the associated building deputy before being processed. Requests are monitored Monday through Friday during normal business hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Do not submit urgent requests through the Fix It Portal as it is not monitored 24 hours per day. Instead, follow the procedures listed below.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Critical or time-sensitive<\/em> facilities issues should be communicated through one of the methods listed below. Examples include power outages, water leaks or any issue that will cause property damage or loss quickly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From 4 p.m. \u2013 7:30 a.m.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Contact the Purdue Public Safety Dispatch Center through their non-emergency phone number at 765-494-8221.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Lux on Capitol: Residents can report urgent issues to the management office at 260-823\u20134626.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    All other campus facilities:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

    • Emergency Request: A threat to safety\/security and\/or immediate catastrophic damage.\n

      • Examples include a flood, fire or the smell of gas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

      • Urgent Request: Immediate action is needed and can\u2019t wait for routine schedule but does not fall under an emergency request need.\n
