The program is a career development initiative to help enhance technical, professional and managerial skills. The goal is to equip fellows with advanced business insight and the ability to apply innovative practices to the Air Force.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Over the course of the next ten months, Major Perodeau will meet with several university and AO leaders, directors and staff members to learn how the organization operates and better understand organizational practices. The program outlines several learning objectives to provide guidance and direction for both Major Perodeau and AO. Some of those include overall understanding of our organization, strategic planning and execution, professional development, and data analytics and decision-making.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Major Perodeau is the Director of Operations at 802d Force Support Squadron, Joint Base San Antonio \u2013 Lackland, Texas. He manages operations for the largest Force Support Squadron, spread across four operating locations and consisting of over 2,000 military, civilian and contractor personnel. Major Perodeau entered the Air Force in 2010 as an enlisted Fuels Specialist and earned his commission from Officer Training School in 2016. Since then, he has held a variety of Force Support positions related to the Manpower, Personnel and Services community. He holds a bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration and Management from Central Connecticut State University and a master\u2019s degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Major Perodeau will start with AO on Monday (Aug. 31).
