Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a strong commitment to student development, data-informed decision-making and collaborative leadership. These skills translate directly to building effective learning environments and supporting organizational growth.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In his new role, Fernando will lead the design, implementation and management of training and development initiatives that support a skilled and future-ready workforce across Administrative Operations. He will oversee key programs including new hire orientation, leadership development, succession planning and training analytics, while also serving as the lead for the learning management system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fernando holds a Master of Science in Higher Education with a focus on College Administration and Leadership from Purdue University Global and a bachelor\u2019s degree in elementary education from Western Governors University.
