Are you interested in making an extra $500?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Referral Bonus Program is open to all current Administrative Operations staff who successfully refer someone for any open position within the organization.<\/p>\n\n                    <\/div>\n                \n                            <\/div>\n        <\/div>\n        <div class=\"image\">\n                            <img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/www.purdue.edu\/operations\/intranet\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2025\/12\/2024_GMB5751-e1729886831330.jpg\"\/>\n                    <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n\n\n<div  class=\"purdue-home-intro-text has-layout-one-left \">\n        <div class=\"section has-none-background has-padding-bottom-none\">\n        <div class=\"container\">\n            \n            <h4 class=\"purdue-home-intro-text__header header-font-acumin\">Eligibility<\/h4>\n\n<p style=\"font-size:20px\">In order to be eligible, the referred candidate must meet the following requirements:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"font-size:20px\">Be a new Purdue employee<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:20px\">Meet the qualifications for an existing, open position with Administrative Operations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:20px\">Complete a 90-day provisional period<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:20px\"><strong>Must<\/strong>&nbsp;put the employee\u2019s name in the job application in SuccessFactors<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:20px\">The employee doing the referring must:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"font-size:20px\">Be an Administrative Operations staff member who is not at the Vice President level or above, a member of Human Resources or a manager with hiring authority over the referred candidate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:20px\">Complete <a href=\"https:\/\/purdue.ca1.qualtrics.com\/jfe\/form\/SV_2c3DwdQJl3GvJCC\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">an online form<\/a> before the referred candidate starts the new position\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"font-size:20px\">Employees<strong> must<\/strong>&nbsp;complete the online form before the candidate starts the position.
