Please ensure the description matches the category and explains in full detail the reason for the nomination. Categories include:\n<ul style=\"font-size:20px\" class=\"wp-block-list has-black-color has-white-background-color has-text-color has-background has-link-color wp-elements-f246b6867acf7ff3cc4935d6f0fc3172\">\n<li><strong>Moving the University Forward<\/strong>: Accomplishments or contributions that transform or advance University objectives (e.g. initiatives that improve graduation rates, development of programs to measure student academic knowledge, enhancing the academic excellence of the University, improving student affordability, etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Operational Excellence<\/strong>: Extraordinary effort during times of critical department need (e.g. contribution that clearly and significantly exceeds standard job requirements and impacts the accomplishments of important and critical business operational goals and deliverables or extraordinary performance that far exceeds expected or required performance. Managers must be able to document specific achievements and\/or measurable contributions to the unit\u2019s business based upon the employee\u2019s exceptional performance).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Innovation\/Creativity<\/strong>: Innovative work or suggestions, well beyond standard job requirements, that significantly improve operational efficiencies, introduce a new or modified business practice or improve work process, workflow or customer service.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Fiscal Stewardship<\/strong>: Significant cost saving or cost avoidance realized beyond normally expected or established standards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:20px\">Please mark a suggested award amount the nominee should receive. Options include $500, $1,000, $1,500 or $2,000. All award amounts over $1,500 will require approval from the appropriate executive leadership member as follows:\n<ul style=\"font-size:20px\" class=\"wp-block-list has-white-background-color has-background\">\n<li style=\"font-size:20px\">Administrative Services \u2013 Kim Pearson<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:20px\">Auxiliary Services \u2013 Jessica Robertson<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:20px\">Facilities Operations and Environmental Health and Safety \u2013 Ryan Gallagher<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:20px\">Physical Facilities and Public Safety \u2013 Jay Wasson<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:20px\">Purdue in Indianapolis &#8211; Evan Hawkins<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:20px\">Real Estate and Space Administration &#8211; Nathan Manges<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:20px\">After the form is completed, save the form to a computer as a PDF.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:20px\">Email the PDF to&nbsp;<a href=\"mailto:aoadmins@purdue.edu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>aoadmins@purdue.edu<\/strong><\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:20px\">AO assistants will ensure the Bravo+ Award nominee is eligible and route the form forward for necessary approvals using DocuSign. Supervisors, senior leaders (AO&#8217;s top 30 leaders) and the Administrative Operations Business Office (AOBO) will confirm the Bravo+ Award Nomination Form meets the eligibility requirements, which include the following:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list has-white-background-color has-background\">\n<li style=\"font-size:20px\">Employee has at least 3 months of service<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:20px\">Employee has no outstanding disciplinary actions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:20px\">Employee must be in active employment status at time award is paid out<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:20px\">Employee can not receive more than four awards per fiscal year<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:20px\">The following employee groups are <strong>NOT<\/strong> eligible for a Bravo+ Award:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list has-black-color has-white-background-color has-text-color has-background has-link-color wp-elements-3b55dac1037fab2c1cef98dadedf9172\">\n<li style=\"font-size:20px\">Executive officers and upper-level management positions (department heads, associate\/assistant vice presidents, associate\/assistant provosts and directors who report to a vice president)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:20px\">Student employees, graduate staff and temporary staff<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:20px\">Visiting faculty and limited term lecturers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:20px\">Postdoctoral, resident or intern appointments<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:20px\">Employees who have a specific employment contract with the university that links additional compensation to their performance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:20px\">If the Bravo+ Award Nomination is approved, an email will be sent from <a href=\"mailto:aoadmins@purdue.edu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>aoadmins@purdue.edu<\/strong><\/a> to the following recipients:\n<ul style=\"font-size:20px\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bravo+ Award winner\u2019s supervisor and the Bravo+ Award winner\u2019s senior leadership member (from their area) announcing their employee\u2019s Bravo+ Award amount and pay date. The email will&nbsp;also include the approved Bravo+ Nomination Form.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bravo+ Award nominator<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:20px\">Certificates will be printed and sent via campus mail or electronically by request only.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n                    <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div  class=\"purdue-home-intro-text has-layout-one-left \">\n        <div class=\"section has-none-background has-padding-top-none has-padding-bottom-none\">\n        <div class=\"container\">\n            \n            <h2 class=\"purdue-home-intro-text__header header-font-acumin\">Recognition Event<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:20px\">All submissions for the fiscal year must be submitted by May 31.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:20px\">A fiscal year Bravo+ Award celebration will take place after the end of the fiscal year, typically in July.
