B2.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Select Career Level<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Select the&nbsp;appropriate Career&nbsp;Stream and Level from the dropdown in cell competency<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Select each dropdown and rate each competency.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Duplicate the sheet (if necessary)<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Create a new tab for each supervisor in the same workbook.\u00a0\u00a0Hold \u2018ctrl\u2019\u00a0and drag and drop the tab to create\u00a0additional\u00a0worksheets for
