The goals of the program include retaining and engaging talent, ensuring credentials are given within their first few days, and improving the hiring experience for both the employee and hiring manager. All new onsite hires within AO are expected to attend an orientation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The orientation program will be refined and improved based on feedback as the program continues to evolve.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column column is-one-quarter-desktop is-full-tablet is-full-mobile page-layout-sidebar is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n    <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div  class=\"section \">\n    <div class=\"container\">\n                \n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns page-layout-columns columns is-multiline is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-8f761849 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column column is-full-tablet page-layout-main is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Schedule<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In-person orientation is held every two weeks beginning at 8:00 a.m. in PFSB, room 1179.  There will be a second day of training for Operations and&nbsp;Maintenance employees.
