Purdue University now partners with Royal Excursion to provide transit service in Indianapolis during the fall and spring when classes are in session. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

New for the 2026-27 academic year and beginning on Aug. 24, Purdue Campus Transit service is available at no cost to Purdue students, faculty and staff in Indianapolis. Service supports Purdue’s Indianapolis location and nearby programming. No preregistration or reservations are required, but riders may need to show their PUID when boarding.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

Route Information<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Campus Transit will run Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.<\/strong> during fall and spring academic semesters. The continuous route includes three stops, which are shown on the downloadable Indianapolis campus map (PDF)<\/a>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Purdue in Indianapolis <\/strong>along West Vermont Street, just east of the Blackford Street intersection. The stop is near the current Campus Connect shuttle pick-up and drop-off location.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. 16 Tech Innovation District<\/strong> at 1220 Waterway Blvd., Indianapolis<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Motorsports Engineering at Dallara in Speedway<\/strong> at 1201 N. Main Street, Speedway<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
