The credits can then be applied to the online&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.purdue.edu\/online\/program\/master-of-science-in-organizational-leadership-and-supervision\/?utm_source=purdue_news&amp;utm_medium=pressrelease\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">MSOLS<\/a>&nbsp;and online graduate certificates&nbsp;in&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.purdue.edu\/online\/program\/graduate-certificate-in-human-resource-development\/?utm_source=purdue_news&amp;utm_medium=pressrelease\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">Human Resource Development<\/a>,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.purdue.edu\/online\/program\/graduate-certificate-in-project-management\/?utm_source=purdue_news&amp;utm_medium=pressrelease\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">Project Management<\/a>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.purdue.edu\/online\/program\/graduate-certificate-in-technical-communication\/?utm_source=purdue_news&amp;utm_medium=pressrelease\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">Technical Communication<\/a>.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Purdue courses included in the pathway&nbsp;are:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Project Management Essentials Certificate&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>PMP\u00ae&nbsp;Exam Prep&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Project Management Professional&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Agile Certificate&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Also included in the pathway are&nbsp;several&nbsp;professional development&nbsp;courses offered by various project management and training associations, including&nbsp;the&nbsp;Project Management Institute,&nbsp;the&nbsp;International Society for Performance Improvement,&nbsp;the&nbsp;Society for Human Resource Management,&nbsp;the&nbsp;Human Resource Certification Institute,&nbsp;the Association for Talent&nbsp;Development&nbsp;and the International Coaching Federation.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Through this pathway, Purdue aims to help professionals access more learning opportunities and save time and money toward a graduate degree or certificate.&nbsp;By taking professional development courses that translate to graduate credit, professionals can build in-demand skills and work toward&nbsp;a&nbsp;valuable credential.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cWe are pleased to recognize the time, energy and commitment that professional development requires,\u201d said Corinne&nbsp;Renguette, associate professor in Purdue&nbsp;University in Indianapolis\u2019 Department of Technology Leadership and Innovation.&nbsp;\u201cTo translate that into credit that can help students&nbsp;accomplish&nbsp;their academic goals faster.\u201d&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Earning a&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.purdue.edu\/online\/for-many-working-professionals-masters-programs-provide-a-big-return-on-investment\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">master\u2019s degree<\/a>&nbsp;or&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.purdue.edu\/online\/purdues-stackable-online-graduate-certificates-can-help-professionals-get-more-return-on-investment\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">graduate certificate<\/a>&nbsp;can provide a strong return-on-investment&nbsp;by increasing professionals\u2019 earning potential and job security.
