They will also engage in grant proposal writing and management skill building. Participant groups can include chambers of commerce, community foundations, community and neighborhood-serving organizations, conservation-focused initiatives, health coalitions, and libraries and local government departments, along with others.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Great Lakes TCTAC was established as part of an ongoing&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.purdue.edu\/newsroom\/releases\/2023\/Q2\/purdue-extension-to-connect-underserved-communities-with-funding-for-energy-and-environmental-improvements.html\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\">multistate effort<\/a>&nbsp;to help rural, tribal and underserved communities access federal funding for energy and environmental improvement efforts.
