The Advancing Interdisciplinary Research in Physical AI program is&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.purdue.edu\/newsroom\/releases\/2024\/Q1\/purdue-university-receives-100-million-commitment-from-lilly-endowment.html\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\">funded through the Lilly Endowment<\/a>&nbsp;and the Office of Research and is&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.purdue.edu\/computes\/institute-for-physical-artificial-intelligence\/postdoctoral-research-program\/\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\">accepting applications<\/a>&nbsp;through April 5.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">IPAI\u2019s postdoctoral research program intends to cultivate impactful, interdisciplinary research in physical AI by selecting postdocs with projects that integrate AI\/machine learning and another applied discipline such as manufacturing, transportation, agriculture, microelectronics or health.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Postdoc funding includes an annual salary and support for research and professional development. Recipients will have two years of full-time funding with the option to renew for an additional year.
