Recent cases that have reached the Supreme Court have involved a high school football coach praying on the field, a postal worker refusing to deliver on Sundays, and the denial of special education funding at private religious schools. Pritikin and Rienzi will discuss the Supreme Court\u2019s historical establishment clause jurisprudence and provide insights as to where it will likely go in the future \u2013 and why.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cThe recent religious liberty cases touch on the clash between some of our most deeply held values as individuals and as a society. There is perhaps no one more qualified to address these issues than Professor Rienzi,\u201d Pritikin said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">California-licensed attorneys can receive one California general Minimum Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) credit for attending this webinar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Registration is free and required.
